“Unusual Fitness System
Discovered By Backwoods Lumberjack Doubles Your Functional Strength and
Flexibility, Eliminates Nagging Pain...And Can Transform Mental Stress
Into Personal Power Almost Overnight!”
This unusual workout
burns more fat than cardio... Builds more functional muscle than
lifting weights... And in this letter I will reveal to you WHY the
fitness industry is DEAD WRONG when it claims you should be running on
a treadmill and lifting weights for health and fitness...and
how you can test-drive this new program for FREE...
Dear
Friend,
If
you are ready to get in the best shape of your life, naturally turn
back the clock and increase your energy, and eliminating ALL nagging
pain permanently...AND do so WITHOUT wasting gas commuting to some
commercial gym...then this will be the most important letter you ever
read.
Here's
why:
I have pulverized my body in every way
imaginable through hardcore sports and tough manual labor jobs.
It
started back when I went to small isolated college in Vermont. This
place was so remote and "backwoods" you had only one way to occupy all
your free time: Play sports year-round.
I
joined the lacrosse team. What I didn't realize at the time was that I
was in for some of the most brutal training of my life. Practicing for
hours a day, sometimes in double or triple shifts.
But
things didn't stop there for me. I got bit by the weightlifting
bug...big time.
And I developed what I look
back on now as one of the stupidest philosophies possible when it comes
to health and sports performance:
First
I would torture myself in the weight room, hoisting heavy iron
literally until the brink of injury...and then I would head off to
regular lacrosse practice. I did this just about every day during the
season and continued lifting weights to the brink of injury in the
off-season every single day.
The Yoga Woodsman
beginning his unique fitness routine.
For 4
years.
Did
I get stronger muscles? Yes.
Did
I improve my athletic performance? Yes.
But I
paid the price in the form of a beaten up body riddled with nagging
injuries. I was only 22 years old yet I'd find myself hobbling around
like an old man because of the pain and stiffness.
You
might be surprised to read this. After all, you've probably been told
that cardio exercise such as running and jogging are what you SHOULD be
doing to lose fat and keep fit. And that lifting weights is the only
way to build muscle.
I
used to think the same thing. Until I discovered a few secrets about
health and fitness. And I'm going to tell you these secrets too. But
first I need to let you in on a few LIES...
Health
and Fitness Lie #1:You need to
performexercise such as running or jogging for health.
Running
may give your heart a decent workout, but there are too many drawbacks
to this outdated form of training - and there are far better options.
For
one thing, running will lead to nagging joint pain. Period. AND,running
and other cardiovascular exercise does NOT simultaneously give you a
good muscle workout. In fact, it's just the opposite.
It is very possible to burn up
JUST AS MUCH MUSCLE TISSUE from cardiovascular exercise as fat tissue!
Which means if you are trying to burn fat and reshape yourbody...you'll
just end up looking like a smaller version of yourself. Still fat and
skinny...just smaller.
“Experts”
say the answer to this is a dedicated weight lifting regimen. Which
leads us to...
Health
and Fitness Lie #2:Lifting weights is the
only way to build muscle.
I
believed this one for years. And I paid the price. Much like running,
any kind of serious weight lifting (the only kind that gets results)
will catch up with you – in the form of both sudden and nagging
injuries. Usually your knees...or your lower back...almost certainly
your shoulders.
With this fitness system,
you can get in shape anywhere.
At
one point I had to take 8 Advil just to get through the day. In order
to go to sleep I would have to prop pillows and wrap blankets around my
limbs in just the right way so they would feel better. Then in the
middle of the night I would shift in my sleep, and the pain would wake
me up again.
It was a nightmare. I was
supposed to be“in shape” and yet I was falling apart.
Does
lifting weights properly build muscle? Yes. Just like running burns
fat. But – once again – the price is too high.
In
just a second I will reveal the 3rd and most important lie. But first I
need to get back to my story...
After
college I worked a number of manual labor jobs. The most backbreaking
(and dangerous) of all these was being a lumberjack.
My
job description included:
Dragging logs bigger than me
with my bare hands through mud and rain...
Balancing several stories in
the air while cutting down branches with a chainsaw...
Hauling 9 entire fully-grown
pine trees single-handedly...in one day...
An
AVERAGE day for me was 12 hours of labor. No breaks. You wolfed down
your lunch in the truck as you drove to the next job.
In
fact, most of the time I had to get up in the morning to drive to work
before the sun had risen...and my day would end after the sun had set.
Literally every moment of daylight was spent in hard labor.
Now
you're probably thinking my body must have been ready for the
scrap-heap by now. Well actually just the opposite.
Let
me backtrack a bit and tell you about my secret, and the 3rd Health and
Fitness Lie:
After
college I continued to stumble along lifting weights. I aimed to get in
the best shape of my life even though I wasn't playing college sports
anymore.
Then
one day I get a call from one of my lacrosse buddies. Turns out they
were all joining a rugby league and wanted to know if I was interested.
Long
story short, I loved rugby even more than lacrosse. It was like
football without the padding. My opponents were bigger and tougher.
...But I was in more and more
pain than ever. And the strength I displayed in the weight room wasn't
carrying over to the field...or any other part of my life for that
matter.
I
thought I was strong. But some of the guys I played against...they were
monsters. These guys had animal strength. And they could run over you
all day without getting tired. If I didn't do something to improve my
physical condition drastically...I was going to get
killed.
As
luck would have it, around the same time I played rugby, I also
searched for alternative methods of building strength and stamina. And
Yoga kept getting my attention.
At
first I dismissed it (I'm a pretty hard-headed guy). But as more time
went by I started seeing that there had to be something to it. After
all, as I later learned, Yoga has been around for over 5,000
years. Compare that to all the latest "fitness" trends that
die out within a year tops.
So I
started gathering knowledge, going to Yoga classes, and reading all I
could about the subject. But mostly I just experimented on my own.
Frankly, most of the stuff I learned didn't product results.Lifting
weights may have caused me a lot of pain, but I wasn't aboutto trade in
my knee wraps and chalk for a set of spandex trunks, know what I mean?
After
a couple years of trial and error I started to figure out the secrets
of using Yoga to build a better body. Here's a sample of thedramatic
changes I noticed:
All my nagging over-use injuries disappeared!
My FUNCTIONAL strength went through
the roof!
I became a far greater athlete!
My muscles became more “efficient”
and I had unlimited endurance!
Mental stress became a thing of the past!
My body awareness increased and
outmaneuvering opponents became child's play!
My posture improved (you might be surprised
at how much more respect you'll get from others when this happens!)
My body moved and functioned like a
well-oiled perfect machine!
I slept like a baby every night!
I woke up instantly every day
energized rather than in pain!
I developed a state of mental piece and
well-being that stayed with me throughout the entire day!
One
of the most startling differences I noticed between my practice of Yoga
and traditional weightlifting is how much Yoga PURELY
works the muscles and tendons...without putting a huge strain on
ligaments and joints.
If
you've ever put some time “under the bar” doing barbell squats or bench
presses, you know what I'm talking about when it comes to putting
strain on the joints. With the special yoga exercises I started doing,
it was just the opposite.
Which
brings us to...
Health
and Fitness Lie #3:Yoga doesn't burn fat
or build muscle
At
first I believed this one too. In fact, the only reason I even tried
yoga in the first place was just to make my hurting joints feelbetter.
Well
I'm glad I stuck with it. You see, once I started to really experiment
with yoga, I discovered something shocking.
Yoga –
done in a certain way – can burn fat like cardio and mold muscle like
lifting weights!
It's
true.
Back
when I started lifting weights I relished feeling the muscle soreness
that comes the day after a good workout. However as the years went by,
most of that soreness shifted from my muscles to my joints...and it
never went away!
As soon as I transitioned to
Yoga, I felt the difference in my body. My ligaments and joints felt
better as time went on...instead of getting more beat up.
But
what about the other benefits, you ask? Well let me tell you astory:
I
won't go into the specifics of Rugby since it's beside the point, but
basically my position on the team was similar to a lineman in football.
And, like a lineman in football often does, I found myself up against 2
guys who were both bigger than I was.
No
problem, I thought.
Because
of my newfound, multi-directional strength that I forged through this “Super”
Yoga, smashing head-on into these 2 gorillas...over and over...for a
whole game...with no padding...was FUN.
In
fact every aspect of my performance on the field improved. Not only was
I stronger, but I was more “in tune” with my improved bodyand all
physical performance became second nature.
You
may be thinking that's impressive. But that was far from...
THE ULTIMATE TEST
Fast-forward
to my time as a lumberjack. For several months straight this was my
labor schedule:
7 DAYS A WEEK
13 HOURS A DAY
In
fact, my standard working day would have me driving to the first job of
the day BEFORE the sun had even risen. And my last job of the day would
end AFTER the sun had set.
On
top of that, due to harsh living conditions, oftentimes I was not able
to get to sleep before 1 in the morning.
However...through
all this...I still kept up my special Yoga routines. And you know what?
After several months of these
horrible conditions, not only was I in just as good shape as
before...my body was stronger, more flexible, and completely pain-free!
Even
I was shocked. But the results were clear. I was on to something
amazing. And even after I left my job as a lumberjack, I remembered the
lessons I had learned. And I continued to refine them.
After
it was all said and done, I had a training program that I now call Lumberjack
Yoga.
I
call it "Lumberjack" for 2 reasons:
1: It builds a TOUGH body
Because
of my background as an athlete and a fitness buff, I didn't waste time
with the EASY stuff when it comes to Yoga. Because let's face it: If
you don't push yourself, you don't get the GREAT results.I am not a
98-pound weakling and have no interest in turning into one.
2: It's got zero BS
Being
a good athlete and working a hard manual labor job is extremely
demanding. I needed to design a fitness program that delivered 100%
results without any wasted effort. And through trial and error, that's
what I created.
And
here's something else:
I have honest-to-God WALKED OUT
on Yoga classes AFTER I HAD PAID FOR THEM because I knew the stuff they
were teaching was DANGEROUS. Luckily this happened after I had
experience and a good base of knowledge to draw upon.
So
one day I was talking on the phone with my brother Nate about my
training and he said something that surprised me:
"Ben,"
he said, "you need to make a course that leads people by the hand and
teaches them, step-by-step, everything you've learned."
At
first I was skeptical, but his enthusiasm convinced me. After all, just
about every other resource on Yoga I had come across was either useless
or flat-out dangerous. So I made the goal for myself of creating the
most in-depth, result-producing course on Yoga ever created.
And
the result is Lumberjack Yoga.
Most
of the DVD portion of the course was filmed high up in the Rocky
Mountains. You'll watch as I guide you through my best-of-the-best Lumberjack
Yoga. routines (you'll even get to see me perform
without a jacket as I endure freezing temperatures while getting
pounded by sleet and hail).
Then
there's the hefty written portion of the course which comes in a 3-ring
binder. This way, even if you can't access me through the DVDs you can
always have me "at your beck and call" any time. I made sure to make
the written course user-friendly; all guess work has been eliminated.

A
million dollars? Maybe more?
There
are plenty of people who would willingly fork over $1,000,000 to look
and feel 20 years younger.
But
I'm not asking for $1,000,000. Not $500,000. Not $250,000. Not even

Not
$10,000.

P.S.
This is the BEST, most USER-FRIENDLY step-by-step course on Yoga ever
produced, bar none. There is no other product on the market even
remotely like Lumberjack Yoga.
It comes in a 3-ring binder with a DVD you can watch and follow along
with, as well as a HUGE manual that you can refer to anytime you please.
P.P.S.
One of the best benefits of Lumberjack Yoga
is the pure, functional STRENGTH you will develop. As well as athletic
flexibility, iron-clad stamina, and empowering mental focus. All
simultaneously. Order this course today and watch your body transform.
P.P.P.S.
Okay you've probably got a few questions about this course, so let's go
ahead and answer them right now.
Question:
I already lift weights and do a lot of running. Can Lumberjack
Yoga really improve on that?
Absolutely.
I used to be a weightlifting FANATIC. And I paid the price in injuries
and constant pain. When I first started experimenting with yoga, I
figured at best I could improve my health and flexibility and the
beneifts would end there. Not true! As it turns out, a few simple
tweeks and my functional strength went through the roof! Regular yoga,
I have found, is great for your health but not really instense enough
to burn fat and build muscle. Lumberjack Yoga,
on the other hand, does plenty of both.
Question:
I think I might be too old to benefit from your course.
That's
one of the best things about yoga. Done my way, you can get the same
strength benefits of lifting weights without the nagging injuries. And
you can burn fat like a dedicated runner without ruining your knees!
This is true no matter what your age. So even if you can't lift weights
or jog...fear not! You CAN do Lumberjack Yoga.
Question:
Is this for men only?
Despite
the title of my course, I assure you women will benefit just as much.
Question:
I'm interested in fitness, but isn't yoga connected with weird
religious beliefs?
That
is a very good question. Several years ago when I was studying all
kinds of different yoga systems, filtering through all the strange "woo
woo" stuff was a pain. I had just as LITTLE interest in it as you do.
So rest assured there is ABSOLUTELY NO religious or spiritual teachings
in Lumberjack Yoga. Just a darn
good workout.
Question:
I'm extremely busy. How much time will I have to devote?
You
will be surprised how fast the routines are. Keep in mind, with Lumberjack
Yoga, you no longer need to commute to a commercial
gym. You can get triple the results in the comfort of your own
home...or wherever you choose to work out!
Question:
I'm not an athlete. I just want to improve my health and appearance.
Will your course do that for me?
Lumberjack
Yoga will simultaneously burn fat and build muscle.
So yes you absolutely will RE-shape your entire body for the better.
And feel great while doing it!
Question:
I'm a real fitness buff. This yoga stuff doesn't sound tough enough for
me.
Regular
yoga probably isn't tough enough for you. It sure wasn't for me after I
started getting good at it. That's why Lumberjack
Yoga includes many ADVANCED movements for MAXIMUM
strength and muscle gains!
Question:
Is there anyone who should NOT invest in a test-drive of Lumberjack
Yoga?
Yes
there is. And I know I'll probably turn off a lot of people by saying
this but I'm just going to be honest. I understand there are a lot of
people who will see that I'm offering this course on a 30-day
test-drive, and they will take advantage of this with the full
intention of sending Lumberjack Yoga
back WITHOUT giving it an honest try. So if you're the kind of
closed-minded person who stubbornly refuses to try out something new
that will change your life in a very positive way - do us both a favor
and look for your magic pill elsewhere.
HOWEVER,
if you're the kind of person who IS at least willing to test out
something new that will burn fat off your body, build you new muscle,
eliminate your joint pain, and make you look and feel years younger -
then you are JUST the kind of person I arranged this special test-drive
offer for.
I
want you to try out the workouts and FEEL this happening:
Performing
a series of unique movements that lasts only 15 minutes...and yet fills
you with energy that seems to INCREASE as the day goes by.
...Noticing
your waistline shrinking...even though you're not making a conscious
effort to “diet”.
...Waking
up one day and realizing that the nagging joint pain that's been
plaguing you for years is now GONE and you can move and function like
you are 20 years younger.
Remember,
there is no way I can maintain an offer like this for long. As soon as
the FREE reports I have in stock are gone I will start selling them as
a separate products. And I WILL be raising the price on this offer in
October. Reserve your entire package TODAY.
"Hi Ben,
Things are
really going well. Thanks to your system, I have lost 20 lbs in that
time span. I really feel wonderful. I have been working out most
mornings of the week (I try not to miss any days) and the benefits are
wide ranging. I can feel myself gaining better posture and my balance
has been much improved. I am a referee for Youth Soccer here in Bermuda
and it has really helped my game. Thank you ever so much for putting
this product on the market. I will never regret my investment.
Regards,
Corte"
"Great job
again.
Thanks for the
emails and thanks for the program! At 45 years old I feel better than
ever and have a renewed "inner strength" that not only affects my drive
and desire physically, but my mind is clearer than ever. I'm a service
manager at an auto dealer in Pa and sometimes the weight of the day
became overwhelming, now not only do things seem clearer, my
effectiveness in other parts for the job, marketing, employee and
customer relations all seem, if I dare to say, even more enjoyable.
Keep up the
great work!
Rex Weaver"
"I feel like a
new woman! And if I can recover from 17lb twins with a 85lb weight gain
(looking better than I did to begin with!) with my husband on frequent
deployments and being stationed overseas with no family than anyone can
do it! The yoga was better than "pumping the iron" all day at the gym!
Which is a bit unrealistic especially living here. I can say that my
upper body strength increased in two weeks more than lifting weights
did in 5 months! And I hold my posture better with a nicer looking
stomach than before. (There is something to posture that gets missed
until you have it. And living with the military and an active duty
husband really shows it!)Anyway, keep up the great work...its
appreciated!
Hollie Strawn"
"I have
started doing your Lumberjack Yoga
and I find it to be very effective. The combination of stretching and
holding the poses works very well for me, a not particularly athletic,
53 year-old man. I am seeing an improvement in my physique,
particularly my arms and my abdomen.
Jeff"
"Ben, I am
enjoying your course. I feel better, more energy and stronger.
I get weird
looks from the obese riders on my commute--- but what the hell do they
know--- and I feel better.
Best of all, I
now have something that I can pro-actively do --when I get a twinge
here or a pain there. Just 5 or 10 minutes of some stretching and the
symptoms dissapear.
Your story
reminded me of spending about 4 straight years cutting and splitting a
cord of wood everyday M-F and then two on Saturday and two on Sunday
and that was while I had a 40 hour a week job. I felt like you were
describing --- a 30 year old man in a 60 year old body. Now I am a 55
year old man and feel better than when I was 30.
thanks, Scot
R."
"Ben: I
actually bought Lumberjack Yoga
for my husband who felt my regular yoga DVD's didn't provide enough for
him. He loves Lumberjack Yoga.
Although he does not work out with it regularly, when he does he says
he feels immediately better. He is plagued (as most people are) with
lower back and neck pain. When he finishes a session he says he notices
an immediate improvement in lower back mobility and no neck pain. Not
sure why he doesn't work out every day, but that is him.
All in all, he
is VERY please with your DVD and really likes the book that came with
the package.
Thank you for
producing a great program.
Loretta C."
"It is a good
program, and I am noticing notable improvement in core strength. My
arms and legs are not getting as much workout as I was used to,
however, my shoulders are improving - they are hurting less. I am also
feeling more limber. I can stretch my arms behind my back now, whereas
I had nearly lost that ability. I can bend over and touch the ground
with my fingers at the bottom knuckle, almost palms flat. I use Katie's
Routine before going to bed and notice improved and more restful sleep.
I am 57 years old and feel twenty years younger. I sometimes can't do
the workouts every day, but when I do get to them, I have been able to
maintain the gains from the previous day's workout anyway. I can still
stand on my head (don't remember the name of that posture), and I do
that after I finish the routines on the DVD. I usually start with the
Log and go throughto the #1 Leg routines. Then do Katie's routine
before bed. It's less time than going to the gym, and less stressful,
too. All in all, I can truly say that I like this program better.

"Ben,
I have found Lumberjack
Yoga to be pretty good. Actually very good. I've
recently moved somewhere and made the decision not to use a gym for a
few years - as a proof for bodyweight exercises.
I've doubled
the number of Hindu pushups I can do (in about three weeks I went from
20 to 40.) Oh, and I do the harder variant where you reverse the
movement instead of lifting your waist.
Better, I have
almost no elbow pain no because I am not pumping out reps of exercises.
I have the
same strength. I'm also doing some cable workouts (suspended cables I
put together from parts in a hardware store and some isometric workouts
with a short length of rope.
Mostly I am
doing one-minute holds, 2-minute holds, and 3-minute holds (not all
exercises for the same times.) I also do the other workouts - say 6
breaths in a position and move to the next. The strength increase is
mostly due to the holds. if only my martial arts coaches had taught me
those - would have saved some injuries!!! I can only hold a half
completed pushup for 90 seconds... and counting.
I have just
started doing some one-handed exercises, and am wondering how I can
train myself to do a one-handed hindu pushup. Suggestions would be
welcomed!
I don't seem
to be getting a sweat up like I do with a good skipping rope workout,
but I can combine the two to do LY in the rest interval of 2min On,
1min rest. Any suggestions for increasing the cardio effect would be
welcomed.
I also had a
spinal injury for which the best management was to do bench (
preferably dumbells but bar was good too) to build the support muscles
around my spine. I don't know for sure yet but LY seems to be building
those, which Hindu pushups only partly helped with.
My girlfriend
and I have noticed the increase in muscles in my back, shoulders,
chest... You can't complain about that ;)
Hoping I can
tell you more in another 2 months, but you have a satisfied customer.
Thanks again,
Angus."
"Rifkin, Just
wanted to say thanks for your insights into yoga. I've donefree
weights, machine weights, standard yoga, yoga for strength, etc...and
none of those compare with your Lumberjack Yoga.
In the past monthand a half, just two or three times a week, 15-20
minutes at a time, I have went from a flabby 195 lbs to a noticeably
stout 205. I am much stronger. I am flexible again. I sleep better. I
feel better and have increased in confidence. Thank you very much.

"So far it's
working great; I have noticed a complete change in my flexibility. I
travel a lot with my work and tend to have bad posture and having
constant back pain has been an issue the past couple ofyears. Now my
back feels a lot stronger and that is with only a couple of days a week
of practicing Lumberjack yoga. I
have made a commitment to myself to get on a daily regime and look to
get completely pain freein the coming months and years; I am a total
believer in body weight exercises with your help and Matt Furey I look
to get into the best and most practical shape of my life.
Thanks,
Curt"
"I am 59 years
old, the father of five children, an entrepeneur, a part time pastor,
and I teach karate. One of the first things Lumberjack Yoga did for me
was to face the reality of my physical condition. With of all of my
activities lack of exercise had taken its toll. Teaching Karate is not
nearly as physically demanding as doing Karate. So here I was, nearing
sixty and I was out of shape. Overwieght, lack of flexibility, lack of
endurance, aches and paine all over, lots of stress, and having
problems sleeping at night. I started doing Lumberjack Yoga about four
months ago and while I was skeptical at first now I just cant seem to
get enough. Ten to fifteen minutes in the morning and fifteen to twenty
in the evening. Sometimes, and I stress sometimes, I do a strong
calisthenic type workout during the day, but I attribute my improvement
to Lumberjack Yoga. The aches and pains are all but gone. My flexiblity
is coming back. Getting stronger all of the time. And did I mention
increased energy. Through the roof. I am not in the best shape of my
life, but I am headed in that direction. Thank you for the great
program. It has what it takes to get a broken down karate man back in
fighting shape. Keep up the good work.

"I'm glad I
got this. I feel stronger, my posture is better, and I always feel
better after I workout. I usually use the book when I exercise but I
like watching the DVD for the scenery. Thank you very much for making
this!

"Hi Ben,
Your course is
exceptional!I was doing Yoga before but your course is way above the
rest! One thing I like about your course is that there are different
lessons that you can practice independently, so I do something
different each day! Results: at the end of a section I feel like I have
been stretched back to normal! Let me explain: I work for 8 hours
either in front of a computer or sitting down at a desk.
You can imagine how my shoulders and back feel at the end of the day!
After a few minutes of Lumberjack Yoga my shoulders and back feel great
and my posture has improved 100%. ..... And I cannot emphasize this
enough! In fact I feel so good that I am trying to convince both my son
and my wife to start including some of the Lumberjack Yoga exercises in
their routine. At the beginning I was a bit skeptical, I have a few
books on Yoga and the exercises in there are either to advance (you
need to bend and twist in impossible positions) or the routines are in
order of difficulty and once you reach the last one you are stuck on it
forever.
With Lumberjack Yoga, I think anybody can do it because the exercises
can be gradual and can be different each day, and at the end of the
lesson you feel relaxed, and strong. I would recommend Lumberjack Yoga
to any of my friends!
A million
thanks!

"by the way
lumberjack
yoga is BETTER than you guys advertise. I had a yoga instructor who led
me to yoga seven years ago. He helped me improve my strength and was
instrumental in my winning golf tournaments at ages 54+ Unfortunately
my instructor died four ago.Lumberjack yoga is the closest to Roger
Eischens regmien that I have found and the DVDs and illustrated manuals
ideal for beginners or veterans

"Hey Ben. I
have no problem telling you that your Lumberjack Yoga is great. The
thingI noticed the most is that my joints are much stronger. So now I
am able to increase the intensity of my workouts. The yoga gives me
more options in my workout schedule so I amless likely to skip a day
because I don't feel like working out. The best thing I can say about
Lumberjack Yoga is I wish I had found this years ago.
Thanks Ben
